VA Benefits Hour - April 30, 2023
ATTORNEY MIKE COX ON CAMP LEJEUNE JUSTICE ACT
Former Marine, stationed at LeJeune in 1982-83, and former State of Michigan Attorney General, Mike Cox talks about the Camp LeJeune Justice Act.
- Claims must be filed by August 2024
- It won’t reduce your VA disability claim
- Family members and 2nd generation family members are eligible.
There are 30,000 cases filed to date. There are 13+ presumptive conditions. Here is Mike’s website that is specifically designed to provides answers on the Justice Act.

Our LIVE monthly VA Benefits hour is scheduled for the last Sunday of every month. We invite callers to call us at 734-822-1600 and ask questions of our expert panel.

IMPORTANT! EMERGENCY MEDICAL PROCEDURE
Carol Ann Fausone offers the following resuorces to veterans and their family as important emergency phone numbers that will assure coverage for medical situations that require immediate medical attention. You must call the 72 Hour Notification Hotline within 72 hours of the emergency to have your medical care covered by the VA.
72 HOUR NOTIFICATION HOTLINE – 844-724-7842
If you have gained approval with the 72 Hour Hotline your emergency care fees will be covered.
If you gained approval through the 72 Hour Hotline and you receive a bill, call the National Community Care Emergency Line.
NATIONAL COMMUNITY CARE EMERGENCY LINE – 877-881-7618
